One of our prestigious clients, a global leader in the textile and garment industry, is looking for a Customer Service Officers to join their Sri Lankan operations. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring service excellence across the board.

SALARY: LKR 150,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts, process customer orders, and monitor outstanding payments.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide support throughout the order cycle.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate pricing when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams – Production, Shipping, Warehouse – to ensure seamless workflow.
• Liaise with overseas sales offices to discuss forecasts, track stock, and support order follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team for new client onboarding and small development projects.
• Maintain smooth communication with global clients and internal departments.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience in Trims/Textile/Garment industry is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and organized.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

• Success will be measured through customer satisfaction scores, efficiency in order processing, and communication effectiveness with clients and internal departments.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

• Reports directly to the General Manager – Sri Lanka.
