One of our prestigious clients from Singapore, engaged in marketing & sales of machinery for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food, and Plastic industries, is looking for an experienced Sales Engineers to join their team in Sri Lanka.

SALARY: Negotiable (All official activity costs will be covered by the company)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate sales for machinery, raw materials, and packaging materials required in the Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics industries.
• Visit customers to generate inquiries and build strong client relationships.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations for potential business.
• Handle business negotiations and close deals successfully.
• Oversee order execution and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Head Office.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science with experience in selling industrial machinery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery sales (CMC Engineering or other trading companies preferred).
• Strong salesmanship skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Willing to travel regularly for customer visits.
• Aggressive, hardworking, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong English communication skills (written & oral).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM tools).
• Must own a motorcycle or car for customer visits (Fuel & maintenance costs will be covered by the company).

WORK LOCATION & TIMING:

• LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
