We always maintain the high degree of trust by implementing tight controls in preventing all the information submitted with us remains private and disclosed only if legally required.

We also ensure that the personal data of the candidates shared with Sri Lanka Manpower will not be disclosed to the clients if the consent of the candidates is not obtained.

The candidates at their discretion can deactivate their accounts that they maintain with Sri Lanka Manpower and until such their personal data will remain private and undisclosed.
