One of our prestigious clients in Dubai, a leading Rubber Manufacturing Company, is looking for experienced Production Team Leaders to join their team immediately.

SALARY: AED 2500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate production activities.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and guide production staff.
• Implement safety and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain detailed production reports.
• Train new employees in production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in rubber or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
