One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives is looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join their team immediately.

SALARY: USD 1,200/month + Bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate excavators for construction, dredging, and land development.
• Ensure proper handling and maneuvering of heavy machinery.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on the equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist in site preparation and earthmoving activities.
• Work closely with the site supervisor and other team members.
• Maintain logs and records of daily work activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators.
• Experience in marine or island-based projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of excavator maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and capable of working long shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

BENEFITS:

• Meal Allowance: $150/month.
• Shift Bonus: $5 per shift for good performance & machine maintenance.
• Working Hours: 10-hour shifts.
