One of our prestigious clients, a rubber factory in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Rubber Mixing Mill Operators to join their team immediately.

SALARY: AED 1,700

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and monitor rubber mixing mills for production.
• Adjust settings to ensure proper mixing of rubber compounds.
• Maintain consistency in rubber quality and thickness.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Record production data and report any deviations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rubber mixing mill operations.
• Strong understanding of rubber compounding and mixing techniques.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
