One of our prestigious clients, a rubber factory in Dubai, is looking for experienced Lathe Machine Operators to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: AED 1,600

# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate lathe machines for metal and rubber components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Set up and adjust machine settings for different jobs.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure precision in production.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any machine issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
• Knowledge of machine safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
