One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced Airline Ticketing & Reservations Executives to join their team immediately.

 # SALARY: USD 400 - USD 700 (Depending on qualifications)

# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle airline ticketing and reservations efficiently.
• Assist customers with booking flights, itinerary planning, and fare calculations.
• Work with IATA, Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve ticketing issues.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and reissuance of tickets.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate booking records and reports.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed a recognized airline ticketing course (IATA, Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Certificate with digital verification or an endorsement letter.
• Prior experience in ticketing and reservations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
