One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for experienced Assistant – Transport Services (Driver) to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services, operating heavy vehicles, supporting daily transport operations and ensuring vehicles are handled and maintained according to company requirements.

SALARY:

Basic Salary: USD 244 per month

Daily Working Allowance: USD 6 per day (26 days per month)

Other Allowances: USD 121 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate company heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Transport employees and authorized personnel to and from designated locations.
• Follow assigned transportation schedules and routes.
• Ensure passengers are transported safely and on time.
• Conduct basic checks of the vehicle before and after each journey.
• Report vehicle faults, damages or maintenance requirements to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations and company transportation procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage and vehicle-related activities.
• Support the Transport Services team with daily operational requirements.
• Demonstrate professional and courteous behaviour when dealing with employees and other authorized passengers.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents or other transportation-related issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure company vehicles are used only for authorized purposes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Heavy Vehicle Driving License is required.
• Previous experience as a heavy vehicle driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
• Ability to operate heavy vehicles responsibly and safely.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined approach to work.
• Ability to work according to assigned schedules and operational requirements.
• Willingness to work in Maldives on a 23-month employment contract.

• Food is not provided. Estimated food expenses are approximately USD 100–200 per month.
• Accommodation is provided on a sharing basis.
• Other terms and conditions apply as per the employment contract and company policy.
