One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Maintenance HVAC Supervisors to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising HVAC maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, ensuring proper system operation, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.

SALARY: KWD 180

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate and allocate work to HVAC technicians and maintenance teams.
• Monitor the operation and maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, package units, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and oversee troubleshooting of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance and repair activities.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential faults or maintenance requirements.
• Supervise refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and related service work.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and according to required performance standards.
• Review maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment service records.
• Coordinate with other maintenance teams and departments when required.
• Ensure technicians follow approved work procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor tools, spare parts, and materials required for HVAC maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians.
• Report major faults, equipment conditions, and maintenance requirements to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related HVAC problems.
• Good team leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple maintenance activities.
