One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 225,000 – 250,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer support team to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze customer service performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new customer support staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Customer Support Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a senior customer service role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve performance targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
