SALARY: LKR 50,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels.
• Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
• Prepare social media performance reports and analytics.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools and analytics platforms.
• Good communication and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
