One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for a motivated IT & Network Assistant to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 40,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment.
• Support network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and basic server operations.
• Perform system updates, software installations, and user account management.
• Maintain IT inventory and technical documentation.
• Monitor network performance and report issues when required.
• Assist with data backup, security, and IT maintenance activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic network configurations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support users effectively.
