SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job vacancies.
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
