One of our reputed clients in the Luxury Fragrance Retail industry is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Perfume Store Managers to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves assisting customers in selecting fragrances, representing the brand professionally, and driving store sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

SALARY: LKR 60,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth retail activities.
• Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate and explain perfume products confidently to customers.
• Represent the brand professionally on the shop floor.
• Support store promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Participate in content creation and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain store presentation standards and product displays.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to speak English confidently.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Ability to confidently explain products and help customers choose fragrances.
• Friendly, presentable, and professional personality.
• Comfortable appearing in camera content and promotional activities.
• Creative, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in retail sales or perfume/fragrance sales will be an advantage.
