One of our reputed clients in the FMCG / Food industry is seeking dynamic Executives – HoReCa / FoReCa Channel to manage relationships within the food service sector. The role focuses on strengthening sales performance, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other food service outlets.


SALARY: Negotiable


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the HoReCa / FoReCa channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food service partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Drive sales through promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop POS materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners and manage trade marketing activities.
  • Track and report sales data, competitor activities, and market insights.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Promote health, safety, and food quality standards in all operational activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or modern trade / HoReCa channel management.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage companies is mandatory.
  • Experience working with companies such as Nestlé, Fonterra, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, or similar FMCG brands will be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Motorbike operations required for field sales activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve sales targets.
