One of our prestigious local clients in Colombo, a leading Foreign Employment & Recruitment Agency, is looking for an experienced Assistant Managers to join their team immediately.


SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, both locally and internationally.
  • Coordinate with overseas principals and maintain regular communication.
  • Ensure compliance with SLBFE regulations and documentation standards.
  • Manage candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview processes.
  • Supervise and guide recruitment executives and support staff.
  • Handle client and candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and team efficiency.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government bodies when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior years of experience in recruitment and/or foreign employment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SLBFE regulations and documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in HR, Management, or related field.
