Our prestigious client, one of the World's leading Construction Consulting firms in Saudi Arabia, is looking for experienced "ME Project Surveyor (Estimator)" to join their team immediately.

#Salary: Negotiable

#Duties & Responsibilities :

• Analyze mechanical project specifications for precise cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for necessary project data.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Break down project costs into labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze historical data and market trends for accurate estimates

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Surveyor or Estimator in mechanical engineering projects.
• Familiarity with relevant software for estimating and surveying (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required.

# Terms & Conditions:

• Work Hours: 8 Hours a day and 6 days a week.
• 02-Year renewable contract.
