# REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare poached eggs.
• Prepare different types of Roux.
• Prepare different types of sauces for pasta.
• Manage the temperature of foods.
• Know how to make hollandaise Sauce.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
