One of our prestigious clients in the Sultanate of Oman is looking for Facade Designers to join them immediately.

Salary: USD 1000 (Rs 163,000)

Requirements:

·         Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Cad Drawings.
·         GCC Experience preferred.
·         Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in curtain wall industry.
·         MUST have experience in design of unitized façade systems.
·         Must be proficient with the relevant design software programs.
·         To review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed
·         engineering drawings for aluminum and glazing works.
·         Make sure that structural checks are done with the structural department for all
·         the related details (ie. aluminum members, glass, brackets etc).
·         Effect any alterations on the aluminum shop drawings in coordination with
·         Project Managers.
·         Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel
·         work orders and material indents.
·         Provide approved detailed shop drawings to Material Allocation Team
·         with the component schedule (profiles /gaskets/accessories/hardware schedule).
·         Responsible for pre-ordering of materials in coordination with Design Team
·         Leader
·         Prepare as-built drawings
