One of our Australian-based clients is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer – Level 2 (Microsoft 365) to join their team remotely.

SALARY: AUD 2,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, permissions, and RBAC.
• Troubleshoot email and DNS-related issues, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Support endpoint management and email security.
• Use PowerShell for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Escalate complex technical issues with clear troubleshooting documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–4+ years of IT support experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration/support experience.
• Strong Level 2 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell, DNS, and Microsoft 365 security.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and RBAC.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
