One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 120,000 – 150,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
