One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Housekeeping Assistant Managers to join their team immediately.


SALARY: KWD 350


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor housekeeping staff performance and provide guidance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Train and support housekeeping team members.
  • Prepare reports and maintain operational records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality.
