KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for IT systems and applications.
• Assist in maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Support AI-related projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and ensure smooth system operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver IT solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and AI trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of the English language.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
