One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Senior Architect & BIM Modeler to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design projects.
• Prepare accurate architectural design drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure BIM model accuracy and consistency.
• Support design development from concept stage to execution stage.
• Prepare presentation drawings, renderings, and client-ready design outputs.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and design requirements.
• Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and design validation using BIM tools.
• Contribute to lighting design integration within architectural BIM workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM design for architecture and related disciplines.
• Strong experience in architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
