One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join their team immediately.
SALARY: USD 300 – 350
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet performance targets and service standards set by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Ability to work according to US business hours and the US holiday calendar.
