One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a well-established Italian restaurant, is looking for experienced CDP Chefs (Chef de Partie) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: SAR 3,000 – 3,500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control of all dishes.
• Assist in menu preparation and daily food production planning.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
• Support Sous Chefs and Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sri Lankan nationality.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a CDP Chef or in a similar role.
• Gulf experience in an Italian restaurant is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen section.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
