One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring experienced Operators – Lamination Line to operate solventless lamination machines and ensure high-quality laminated product output.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, operate, and monitor solventless lamination machines.
• Handle flexible plastic films, paper, and other laminating materials.
• Ensure proper material alignment and orientation during production.
• Operate adhesive dispensing systems and maintain correct mixing ratios.
• Inspect laminated products for adhesion, registration, and consistency.
• Maintain quality control records and production documentation.
• Troubleshoot material jams, adhesive issues, and machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow company quality standards and production schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of lamination processes and machine operations.
• Experience handling laminating materials and production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills in English.
• ERP software knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
