One of our reputed clients in Kuwait's Printing & Packaging Industry is urgently hiring Assistant Operators – Rotogravure Print Line to support printing operations and production activities.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with press setup, including mounting cylinders and preparing inks.
• Support machine operators during production runs.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration.
• Load and handle printing materials such as paper and film.
• Assist in machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Help identify and resolve production issues.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of printing processes and machine operations.
• Ability to assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a production team.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• ERP software knowledge preferred.
