One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Software Development" company is looking for competent "Business Analysts" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Undertaking methodical investigations, analysis, brainstorming, review, and documentation of existing or proposed Business processes/requirements.
•  Engage with business consultants for requirement elicitation, technical consultation, problem-solving, and other periodic communications.
•  Assist management with project planning and phasing on an agile software development environment.
•  Collaborate with the development, quality assurance, and designing teams to ensure that the built solutions meet and exceed client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

•  A Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification.
•  Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in IT Business Analysis.
•  Understanding of different business processes and industry best practices.
•  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
•  Requirements elicitation, business process modeling and comprehensive user story creation.
•  Detail oriented and capable of delivering with a high level of accuracy.
•  Ability to prepare high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
•  Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, SRS, user guides and other training materials.
•  Experience in working with tools such as JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps.
•  Good written, communication and public relation skills (the position will require direct communication and collaboration with the client).
•  Experience interacting with international customers would be a huge plus.
•  PMI — PBA or IIBA — CBAP or equivalent would be an added advantage.
