Our client who is a renowned "Technology Solutions" company, is looking for experienced "Technical Leads" to join their team immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and work within a growing research and development team to improve existing and build new products.
• Develop or enhance innovative products and applications for the company.
• Research, design, implement, test, and demonstrate the results.
• Preparation of demos and proof of concepts with the latest technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• 4 - 8 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and research.
• Experience working on large-scale software projects.
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Fluency and ability to write robust code in Python. (C#, JavaScript are advantageous)
• Experience in AI/ML technologies and familiarity with contemporary Cloud Architectures, Virtualisation, and Containerisation methods, tools, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of building deep learning NLP, Computer Vision Models for classification, and object detection.
• Proficient in AWS/GCP cloud platforms, exposure in fetching data from various sources.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys tackling challenging problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
• Leader and team player capable of grooming, mentoring and managing a diverse group of people.
