One of our prestigious clients in Australia is looking for "Administrative Assistants" to join their team in Colombo immediately.
# SALARY : LKR 100,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience required.
- Able to multi task and work independently.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
