Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "DevOps Architect" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Systems / Networking.
• 12+ years of experience in DevOps / Networking / IT / Telecommunication.
• DevOps-related professional certifications would be advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in designing DevOps-related solutions.
• Solid understanding of systems / networking / software fundamentals and concepts.
• Broad experience and knowledge in the following:
  • Multiple OSs.
  • Scripting. (Bash / Ansible / Python / Terraform), Java / Angular / React / PHP coding languages.
  • CI/CD tooling. (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, SCM tools)
  • Monitoring and log management-related tools. (Prometheus, grafana)
  • One or multiple cloud platforms.
  • DBMS (Database Management Systems)
  • System and network security. (DevSecOps)

• Ability to Architect Systems and define system KPIs matrixes.
• Ability to define abstract for the system implementations and DevSecOps/SRE execution.
• Excellent understanding of scrum and agile practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
