One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Software Development" company based in Australia, is looking for talented and highly motivated "Tech leads" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

SALARY: Rs. 400,000 (Based on experience)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a crucial part of the development team as a technical lead, to lead the development, guide, and provide support to the team members during routine development.
• Overlook and support development teams to work and always think of the "End-User" and if there is a better way of doing things based on the feedback you are receiving.
• Work with business partners to understand the business context and design and architect best-in-class solutions to their problems.
• Work with Cloud and SaaS products and be involved with peers in terms of working on innovative technologies, methods, and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years of working experience in software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Developer.

• Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
• Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience in React JS and React Native is a must.
• Experience in Java technologies and applications. (Spring Boot)
• Experience in Front-end Technologies - CSS3, JavaScript, HTML
• Experience in microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures AWS Lambda and RESTful services.
• NoSQL experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL
• Experience in JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalon
• Experience in BitBucket or GitHub
• Experience in a DevOps, CI/CD environment
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Agile Delivery framework and TDD
• AWS Certifications would definitely be an added advantage.
