Our client is a multinational provider of "Construction Products & Systems" and is looking to hire dynamic, customer-oriented "Telesales Executives" to work in their Colombo office immediately!
SALARY: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a successful telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. A top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Assisting the Sales Executives on their back-end requirements.
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assisting in achieving the set monthly targets of the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 20 - 40 years. (Female)
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
- Minimum 01 years of experience working in a similar capacity in Tele Sales or Customer Service Representative.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English, Sinhala. (Tamil will be an advantage)
- Ability to follow scripts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
