One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for young and dynamic "Customer Service Officers" to join them immediately.

# SALARY: SAR 2000 + 300 (Avg. Rs. 121,000)

# RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintaining a good knowledge of our products and services and being able to answer any questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Age between 25-45 years. (Male)
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in customer support.

• Experience with customer care software (CRM). i.e. SAP
• Good IT skills. (MS-Office, Database, etc.)

  ---

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent command in both spoken & written English language.
• Fluency in English and good phone etiquette is an absolute must for this role.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Highly customer-oriented with the ability to build strong, working relations.
• Team player with a pleasing personality.
