One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced "Quality Management Coordinator" to join them immediately.

# RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aim to ensure that the services of the organization provided fit the purpose & consistent to meets both external and internal requirements.
Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
- Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Reviewing the requirements of Management and making sure they are met.
- Maintain and improve quality in the organization by participating in and facilitating quality assurance and audit, developing documentation including policies and procedures and SOPs.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.
- Making sure that procedures & processes meet the ISO standards.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
- Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors if needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in the Middle East preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with quality systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to facilitate and generate the exchange of ideas to resolve problems, prioritize solutions, select optimal solutions and implement decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle an ever-changing, fast-paced critical work environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership & Communications skills.
- Strong "people skills" to be able to deal with various personalities and levels within and outside of the organization.
- Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision or as a contributing member of a team.
