One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading UK-based Offshore Service Provider is looking for a competent "Business Admin & Marketing Support" to work in their Colombo office immediately.


SALARY: Rs. 45,000 - 65,000


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


To provide on-going admin and marketing support to the New Business Team.

  • New business processing including full client on-boarding process.
  • Update new business checklists.
  • Rearranging appointments with prospects.
  • Recording new business cases taken on in the relevant dashboard to measure and ensure "Standard Turnaround Times for Case Completions" are aligned to Internal Service Level Standards.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in systems such as Infusionsoft & Intelligent Office and any other database for that matter.
  • Creating and updating new marketing campaigns in Infusionsoft.
  • Creating new SMS messaging campaigns as required.
  • Execute Marketing Support Activities to perfection. Help the team as required to deliver positive outcomes in terms of new business opportunities.
  • General administration including maintaining accurate data records in systems as required by the team.
  • Produce and issue onboarding and welcome letters.
  • Process residency applications for clients and ensure residency permits and other requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner according to internal SLA’s.
  • Any other billable general services requested by clients.
  • Producing keyword research and analysis reports as required.
  • Working closely with service provider to ensure all website issues are resolved or executed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of data discipline maintained in Infusionsoft and Intelligent Office which may require review and changes to past data entries for accuracy.
  • Submission of all marketing and advertising material at end quarter-end to Compliance Manager to help compile GFSC reporting.
  • Responsibility for stationery, printer, and meeting room bookings.
  • Ad hoc duties and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th person responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a business administrator, marketing manager, marketing assistant, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Broad business knowledge.
  • Knowledge in accounting and finance would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal & networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications. (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Good organization, coordination & time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly customer-oriented with the ability to build strong, working relations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
