# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Requirement Analyst,

• Analyze requirements for a project, reconcile conflicting interests.
• Translate client & designer’s plans to be implemented by developers.
• Prepare Software Requirement Documents.
• Prepare ER Diagrams.
• Prepare Data Flow Diagrams.
• Prepare Journey/Use-Case Diagrams and Documents.

As a Tester,

• Review and analyze product specifications.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to developers & help troubleshoot issues.
• Post-release/ post-implementation testing to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum BSc. Degree in Software Engineering or any IT related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' industry experience in a similar position.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to analyze and process information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clean and methodical documentation skills.
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Team player with a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
