One of our prestigious Clients who is a Multi-national "IT company" is looking for "Associate Software Engineers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 50,000

# TECHNOLOGIES OF INTEREST

• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business and user goals into elegant but practical designs that can deliver on key business and user metrics.
• Design wireframes, limited prototypes and final user interfaces with clearly defined markups and UX.
• Review existing UI components and layouts to identify/prioritize improvements, especially with regard to consistent UI, mobile and responsive design, and overall experience.

# EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in creating UI/UX designs for web and mobile.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to define user requirements.
• Experience using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present concepts.
• Strong visual design sense to develop intuitive, hierarchical UX.
• Experience in presenting to stakeholders and identifying underlying issues/gaps through questioning.
