One of our prestigious Clients, who is a leading global manufacturer of "Capital Equipment & Accessories" is looking for "Sales Engineers/Managers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, acquire, execute and achieve Industrial Automation & Technology Solutions in the assigned business region, with the objective of achieving sustainable profit.
- Responsible for Sales Activities / Process Automation Solutions / IOT in Industrial Business Segment in Sri Lanka.
- Responsible for opportunity generation, opportunity development, and execution of orders for a given territory.
- Achieve or exceed the annual sales target by maximizing growth and profit for the company with total customer satisfaction by following the sales target agreement.
- Should learn and understand various Process Automation Concepts, Drive Technology Basics (PLCs, VFDs), process parameters measuring instrumentation/techniques, etc.
- Offer technical support to customers for various Automation and Drive Products for Reputed Brands and related components IPCs and Software platforms and tools.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma Or Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Marketing & Sales of Automation solutions. (Candidates with similar experience are also preferred.)
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
- Be a fast learner.
