# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending incoming phone calls for real estate inquiries.
- Providing basic and accurate information to customer inquiries via phone/email.
- Communicating & Coordinating all customer inquiries with respective real estate agents working from our office.
- Communicating & Coordinating any important information between our agents.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keeping track of online real estate postings on websites on a daily basis. (ikman.lk, lankapropertyweb.com, etc.)
- Conveying all details regarding potential real estate opportunities with our agents.
- Updating relevant online real estate postings, records of daily tasks, etc.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Female Candidates with a sound educational background.
- Age between 20-35 years.
- Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Comfortable in making calls and interacting with clients.
- Excellent communication & PR skills with great phone etiquette.
- Excellent command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
- Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
- Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office Package.)
- A good team player with a pleasing personality.
- Knowledge in the real estate segment will be a definite advantage.
