# SALARY - Rs. 25,000

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attending incoming phone calls for real estate inquiries.
  • Providing basic and accurate information to customer inquiries via phone/email.
  • Communicating & Coordinating all customer inquiries with respective real estate agents working from our office.
  • Communicating & Coordinating any important information between our agents.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Keeping track of online real estate postings on websites on a daily basis. (ikman.lk, lankapropertyweb.com, etc.)
  • Conveying all details regarding potential real estate opportunities with our agents.
  • Updating relevant online real estate postings, records of daily tasks, etc.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Female Candidates with a sound educational background.
  • Age between 20-35 years.
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Comfortable in making calls and interacting with clients.
  • Excellent communication & PR skills with great phone etiquette.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken, English & Sinhala.
  • Fluency in the Tamil language is an added advantage.
  • Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office Package.)
  • A good team player with a pleasing personality.
  • Knowledge in the real estate segment will be a definite advantage.
