# SALARY - Rs. 60,000 + Attractive Commission.
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
- Establishing strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent communication, Negotiation skills & Influencing skills.
- New Client Acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention as major KRA’s. (Hunting, farming and retention)
- Conceptualize & Implement effective Sales strategies to drive Sales Volume.
- Novel Initiatives & Developing Alternate Channels a major part of the role.
- Competition Mapping & Market Intelligence - Analyze the current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving set sales targets monthly.
- Responsible to provide leadership to the sales team and motivate them to achieve set goals & targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Database Management & Reporting.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma/Degree in Business Development or Sales & Marketing from a recognized University.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar managerial capacity with a proven track record.
- Excellent Leadership & People Management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories to grow together.
- Experience in 'Services Selling' will be an added advantage.
