One of our clients who is at the World Trade Center (WTC) is looking for a Secretary to join them immediately.

# Salary: Rs. 30,000/=

# Key Responsibilities:

o   Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.

o   Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.

o   Typing, preparing and collecting reports. 

o   Organizing and servicing meetings. (producing agendas and taking minutes)

o   Managing databases.

o   Prioritizing workloads.

o   Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.

o   Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.

o   Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

# Key Skills and Qualifications:

o   Experience in the similar capacity would be an advantage.

o   Must possess good verbal and written communication skills & presentation skills.

o   Possess a positive attitude while handling clients.

o   Ability to work under stress & low supervision.
