One of our prestigious Clients' who is a Multinational "IT Company" is looking for a competent "Product Trainer" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 40,000 - 50,000 (Based on performance)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Self-management and full ownership of tasks associated with the position is expected.
- Provides guidance to the store management team on PAR progression so the management team can ensure PAR [Performance and Accountability Reporting] reports for concerns and opportunities.
- Follow up with Employees to encourage PAR [Performance and Accountability Reporting] participation.
- Need to prepare the documentation for all our products.
- Attentiveness to detail and organizational skills are essential due to the volume of materials developed by the Training Specialist and the amount of research and verification needed when developing training.
- Demonstrate patience when working with a wide variety of people and training to different skill levels.
- The ability to plan and schedule various types of learning experiences that are required in this position requires the successful candidate to be capable of long-range planning and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Skill/Product Trainer or similar role.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes is required.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of service delivery systems, including program, policy, and technical resources.
- Experience creating and/or presenting training materials.
- Familiarity with engaging learners from all different backgrounds and skillsets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Should have knowledge about Windows, Linux, Android & iOS.
- Strong IT Skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, Windows, Etc.)
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and training skills, ability to speak effectively to a group.
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to various situations.
- Available for any shift, including weekends and holidays.
