One of our prestigious Clients' who is into "International Healthcare" is looking for "Guest Relations Officers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
# SALARY - Rs. 35,000 - 40,000
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets and register all customers into the clinical management system with the utmost accuracy and details.
- Directs customers and help/guide them with any required details; including handling incoming calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and e-mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image and as per agreed SOPs.
- Cash handling – ensuring that the customer is billed with the utmost accuracy.
- Educate customers on the process involved in the visa medical check-up.
- Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and have demonstrated the ability to handle multiple priorities in a very busy clinic.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure necessary approvals etc. for timely deliverables.
- Enter patient information on to the computer database/application/system as required and as appropriate and within the agreed timelines with utmost accuracy.
- Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures process flow and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Advise patients of relevant charges for private services, accept payment and issue receipts for the same.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Partial/Full graduate with qualifiers in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Medical Service related background is a definite advantage.
- Strong background of Admin function and well organized.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Be an active listener and a Customer Service, oriented individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability (data entry), and familiarity with Word and Outlook.
- Cash handling experience.
- Good verbal, written skills in English.
- Proficiency in Local/Regional language is a MUST.
