One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia who is into the oil & gas pipeline project is looking for experienced "HSE Managers" to join them immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety and Environment and Management system.
- 12 or years experience in Health, Safety and Environment and Fire Service in the hydrocarbon processing plant, of which 6 years be in a supervisory capacity, and 5 years in gas plant refinery operations.
- Working knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation and, HSE Auditing Techniques.
- Industrial Hygiene, and Gas Dispersion, Modeling, Explosion Indices, and ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/ EPA) and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to think critically.
- Good public speaking skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
