One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for Junior / Assistant Electrical Engineers to join their team. Candidates should have relevant knowledge or experience in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with the ability to assist senior engineers, coordinate electrical activities, interpret technical drawings, and support the successful execution of electrical projects.

POSITION: Junior / Assistant Electrical Engineers

SALARY: KD 170–200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior electrical engineers in planning, coordinating, and supervising electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Support the execution of electrical works according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in inspecting electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and installations to ensure proper functioning.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, project managers, and other engineering teams.
• Assist in identifying electrical faults and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor electrical work progress and report technical issues or delays to senior engineers.
• Ensure electrical materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
• Assist in preparing material requirements, work schedules, and technical reports.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, testing, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve the reliability of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and relevant technical standards.
• Assist in monitoring the quality of electrical installation work.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
• Perform other electrical engineering duties as assigned by senior engineers or project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, or project support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with junior-level experience may be considered, depending on project requirements.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and relevant technical standards.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, supervisors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to work in a construction, maintenance, or industrial environment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Required Experience: Relevant electrical engineering experience preferred; junior candidates may also apply

• Working Hours: 8 hours duty + OT (if available)
