One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is looking for an experienced Boom Truck Operator (12 Ton) to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have experience operating truck-mounted cranes, good English communication skills, and the ability to handle lifting operations safely and efficiently. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries will be an advantage.

SALARY: SAR 1,800–2,500 per month (depending on experience, qualifications, and technical skills).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate 12-ton boom trucks and truck-mounted cranes safely and efficiently.
• Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and material-handling operations as required.
• Inspect the boom truck, crane equipment, and lifting accessories before operation.
• Ensure the equipment is in safe working condition and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Follow approved lifting procedures, safety instructions, and site regulations.
• Assess the work area and ensure safe positioning and stabilization of the vehicle before lifting.
• Coordinate with ground personnel and other team members during lifting operations.
• Ensure loads are secured and handled safely to prevent accidents or damage.
• Maintain records of equipment inspections and operational activities when required.
• Follow company procedures and applicable Saudi safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience operating a 12-ton boom truck or truck-mounted crane.
• Relevant driving licence and equipment-operation qualifications required for the position.
• Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of lifting operations and equipment safety.
• Ability to identify potential hazards and follow safe working procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and physically fit for the role.
• Ability to work long-term in Saudi Arabia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Final salary will be determined following the interview and assessment of each candidate.
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day.
• Working Days: 26 days per month, subject to applicable Saudi labour regulations.
