Eastern Charisma Foreign Employment (Pvt) Ltd. is recruiting experienced Baristas for a prestigious fast-food restaurant chain in Qatar.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining beverage quality, and providing professional customer service while following hygiene and cleanliness standards.

SALARY:

Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot and cold beverages.
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality and presentation.
• Take customer orders and prepare beverages accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow company procedures and instructions from supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar beverage-service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment.
• Good understanding of beverage presentation and quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Responsible, punctual and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work in Qatar and complete the required duty hours.
